Welcome on here, our forums are the best for motivation and support. When you go into MyFitness Pal, go to your diary, you can sync the c25k app to it or manually enter your workout there. Go to Diary, click on the plus sign, go down to cardiovascular, and you can enter your running info there! Let me know if this helped you! Good Luck!

Oh ha ha Teena. I swear I saw that someone bought a scale. Oops I love love the Paleo way. Great books out there. To me it's just eating healthy. I throw in carbs here and there. Quinoa and brown rice, whole wheat pasta, wheat bread. Very minimal though. Good luck.

Never be sorry TrishE. Love how everyone helps each other in here. It's great. Teena. Put away that scale. Only weight once or twice a month. Everyday our weight fluctuates. When my clothes are really loose, the I will weigh myself. Try the Paleo way. Best way to eat ever. This morning will be poached eggs and ham. And maybe. A grapefruit. You can do it.

Hey Finn, Welcome on here and I love your post. There are a lot of us over 50 here and we are not old at all. I feel like life has just begun. I will be 50 something in a few weeks and I can run circles around people half my age. Make small goals and achieve them. Instead of saying, I'm going to run 2 miles today, instead say, I am going walk/run 10,000 steps. Same with your weight. I don't say I need to lose 30lbs., I say I want to lose 5lbs., which I did last week. Be healthy is first!! You can do it. So proud of you. These forums are great for motivation. Hey there. Hydration is definitely the key to weight loss. Best way to do it is half your body weight in ounces. If you weigh 150lbs, you drink 75oz a day. Weight 130lbs, drink 65 os a day. I like to measure my whole days water in a jug and see how I do. Love it. Hey Shannon, Thanks! for that. Will def check out the links.

Hey everyone. You have to make a playlist in your music and then you should be able to see it in your app. With Pandora and Spotify, before I start the ZenLabs app, I start the music app, start my music, close app, turn on ZenLabs app and start your workout. Music will play while you run. Love it. Hope this helps. Happy Running.

Hi ther Chelga. Welcome here. You will love it here. Everyone is so encouraging on here. You are funny about the dog. You do need that time for yourself, I make sure I take that time everyday or I am definitely not myself. I am curious about the shed diet too and will look it up.
