  2. Hey there Understudy, If it takes you to the store, then it should already be there. When you finish a workout, click on the FB link and it should post and go to MFP. Let me know after your first workout and see if it posts. Good Luck!
  3. Hi There Haska, Welcome on here. Yes, 3 days a week, aternate them. I like to repeat one day and do 4 and then do other workouts and lift weights the other days. You are doing great. Come on over to the Accoutability 2015 Board and join us there too. Make a Journal.. You can do it! Keep it up, Good Luck!

  5. Hey all, Just crosstrain the other days. I usually run 40 days, I repeat a day with the app. Then do whatever I feel like on the other days, lift weights too! Good Luck, you are doing great!

  8. Awesome job Kellsmac. You are doing great. You should start your on Journal on the main Accountability 2015 Board. I could not run at night for the life of me, i am a chicken, lol.. Too many things come out at night where I live. I usually follow Mountain Lion tracks, coyote, raccoon tracks in the daytime where I live. HA!!! Scary!
  9. WOW, I have heard that being exposed to the cold, blasts fat. One diet swears by a cold shower. Now, mind you , I live on the side of a mountain and our cold water is very warm, my neighbors is hot, dangit. lol Guess, I will miss that skinny...

  13. I added you Diane, but I will post workouts there and I do not think I will be counting calories much. I log food everyday and they always seem to be below 1400 calories so I will log workouts and Buddy up on there. Sometimes i do not feel like I am getting enough calories, so we do eat beans too..

  15. Wow Jo and Run from Clowns, BRRRR, I live in Nevada and will be 58 today, the warmest winter weather I have seen in years. really Strange and all of you are way below zero. Stay warm and run indoors. This is not like our weather at all. Warm!

  17. Hi Kady, When you have completed your workout for the day, on the top right when you are finished, you should see social media button. Facebook, Twitter, etc.. Highlight which one you want to post to and it will post there. Make sure you are logged into FB first. That should be at the bottom. Good Luck and Welome here
