Hey Ellie, Yay for getting off that couch. Woohoo. Super proud of you. Keep going.

Hi Erin. Well just stop it I say. Just kidding. It has to be pure motivation on your part to begin. We are all here to motivate you to get moving. Download the c25k app and get off that couch, dust off those chip crumbs, throw away that pizza box and join us. You can do it. Yes you can. Eat clean for 6 days a week, and one cheat day where you can have your junk. Lots. Because once you start eating clean, you will not want junk food much anymore. I eat junk for one meal a week. That's it. Please let me know how I can help. Get out and move. Proud of you by the way. B

Hi Natalie, So thrilled for you. You are doing awesome. Little legs? Me too. Short. Lol. So. For a nutrition plan, there are so many. I am a Paleo a girl, but do throw in carbs here and there. Meat, fruit, veggies. Pretzels, chips, just kidding. Lol. Eating Clean is the best way to go. There are lots out there. Do your research and I can help get you in the right track if you need my help. You know your body. Let me know.

Hi Brock and welcome back. Depending on where you live, you can run in any kind of weather. I can say that to you, but not me. Lol. Brrrrr, I will run over 40 degrees but not below that. Good luck and you can do it.

Hi Matt, Glad you are back. Yes, life gets in the way sometimes and we get sidelined. Just get back out there and begin again. You might be surprised at how fast you will be right back up there to 5 miles. Easy peasy. You got this. Way to go. Keep me posted. Good luck.

Hi Blair, welcome here and thanks so much for your help here. So appreciate it.

Very interesting. I use a GPS from another app running in the background. It tracks my distance, speed, etc. like MapMyFitness or Runkeeper. N

Hi Mary Ann, Welcome here and super proud of you. Way to go.

Hi Maryrunner, As of this time it does not log distance. Most of us use another app running in the background. Like MyFitnessPal or Runkeeper. It will log distance. The time is when you start the app, it says the time when you begin. 20 minutes, 25 , 30. Etc... Hope this helps you. Good luck.

Hi Rose. Good for you for wanting to run through the winter. Depending on how cold it Is where you are?? I'm not a cold weather runner as I live in the dirt. Too muddy, so my winter runs are inside. I would look into warm weather running gear for sure if you still want to run outdoors. Maybe someone who runs in the cold will respond here. Good luck. Proud of you.

hey Dale, Good Luck! It is very motivational this time of year..

Hi Breanna, Don't worry, you can do it. I have not heard any complaints at all about the program at all. Most everyone loves it. If there are haters, then they are quiet on here, probably just delete the app and move on.. But since I have been here, noone has complained at all. I love the training the app gives. I wouldn't be motivated without it at all. It pushes me to the next day. You can so do this, proud of you. Let me know how it goes. Your mind will give up before your body does. Keep me posted on here. Good Luck....

Hi Jewel, WooHoo, congrats to you. I do not think it is a good idea to run that many days in a row.. You might injure yourself and Your body does need to rest in between. Like maybe doing another form of a workout. Lift weights, cross train, ride a bike, etc... I Love to run about 4 days a week, and then do other stuff. BUT, if you are feeling, great, then do what your body tells you to do. Just make sure you rest when it tells you too. For my cool down, i like to just walk until it tells me to stop. Then I do some stretching.. Or I run more, lol. Good Luck.. Great questions.

Hi There, Welcome here. Just remember that if you train on a treadmill that the belt will propel you, running outside is different.. Increase your speed when you can on a Treadmill. Sometimes indoors, the GPS might not work.. Try a few different apps.. Good Luck!
