One day a week I eat pasta or wild rice. I gotta. Lol. You are doing amazing and I am so proud of you. Keep up the good work.

  16. Hi Tasha. You are doing great. I've done that before myself. It's not bad at all. As long as you rest between days or do cross training, then do what makes you feel good. Some weeks we want to do more than others. Then when you have a down week you will be so proud of where you came from. Keep it up girl! Yay

  19. Hi Gnik1, First Welcome on here. A lot of us here in the same boat as you. Proud of u for beginning this! You can do it. Funny about your running/walking pace, you do walk fast though I can say. I love the pedometers that gives us our daily steps, it keeps you motivated. If I am under that, then I move more. ha ha! Anyways, keep us posted on here, you will do great. Everyone is Cheering you on here! Good Luck!
  20. I do not get it. I just used my 10k app for a run, I had MapMy Fitness, Spotify and the 10 k app running and they all worked when I ran and i had to keep unlocking my screen to see it. Which phone do you have?
