  1. Hi TrishE, I always go with this, have you ever ever seen anyone get fat from eating grapes, bananas, etc??? No, they get fat from cheeseburgers, fries, etc. Of course, fruit does have some carbs though, so if you are watching carbs then I would limit some. I therefore, do not eat a lot of bananas, grapes, carrots, and watermelon. Only those in moderation. Fruit is healthy healthy. I have a thin friend and she eats fruit nonstop. soooo, that will tell you something. I tend to eat green apples, strawberries, berries, blueberries all the time. Hope this helps you. Eating fruit is better than that Doritoooooo! lol hmm, now that sounds good! ha

  4. OH Cendorly, You brought tears to my eyes. SEEEEEEEE?????? You can do it. It gets so exciting... I am on the 10k app and when I saw run for 25 minutes, I almost died right there, but I did have to stop a few times, but I DID IT, today was 28 minutes, holy moly. I am doing the best I can and will not give up/ SOOOOO PROUD OF YOU, you are doingit. keep it up!

  8. Hi Red, SO sorry about the loss of your Father. That is tough to lose a parent. My dad passed of Cancer at 56 years old. Sucks. Happy Note: You are doing great. keep it up. Make sure you rest that foot a lot. RICE - Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation. Do not run through pain. It will make it worse. Keep It Up Proud of you!

  11. Hi Alice, You are doing great. I feel extra energy sometimes too, so when it tells me to cool down, I keep going, walk a little and run again. Then some days I feel like a Slug! HA HA WAY TO GO, proud of you!
  12. Hey GR33E, It is up to you. I started with the 10k app as I was already working out all the time. Like Trishe says, it starts you out about the same and most people who move up to the 10k app, they end up starting at week 6 or so. I am on Week 8, Day1 today and it had me running for 28 minutes. I can almost do it. I stop a few times. But I am doing it. If you are going to do a full marathon later this year, I would definitely start with the 10k app and and do 4 days a week instead of 3. Strength train the other days. They also a have a half marathon app after and look at that one, but might want to o up to the marathon one too. Keep me posted how you do. Good Luck and Welcome here!

This is the FIRST step to a better you! My DR. told me that how yo enter your 50's is how you will be for the rest of your life, make it a good ENTRY! SO PROUD of you.   14. Hi Jo, Welcome on here and we are so Excited to have you here. You can do it. You are taking the FIRST STEP in making a change. The Apps are amazing and will help you on your Journey. They also have a situp app, Changing the way you eat is the way to go too. I am a huge PALEO fan and you also will hear from a guy named Azatol, weigh in with that here too. I have a website called www.cavegirlcancook.com that has a few recipes and also facebook.com/cavegirlcancook where I post recipes. 90% of the time I eat paleo. It is a lifestyle change that I will do for the rest of my life. It is healthy. Meats, Fruits, veggies. I stay away from fake paleo food too. They make treasts, but that will make you fat too. Treats are a must, so all in moderation.... If you ave any questions, please ask.. There are a lot of people here who will help. We also have an accountability 2015 board you can start a journal in, if that helps. IT IS ALWAYS FUN, when you have an ACCOUNTABILIBUDDY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   19. Woohoo Harley Mike. Congrats on your run and glad you are here. Welcome to the forums. Harley Mike?? Woohoo. We ride too. My husband has a Ultra Limited and I have Harley Trike. Love it. We have so much fun riding all over everyhwhere. Nevada has great roads. Cannot wait for warmer weather to get out of here.
