  1. Hey, that sounds like a great app too... A lot of us use the MyFitnesspal app to track, but now that Have a Fitbit, i am using the Fitbit counter. Thanks for posting this, never heard of it...

  3. Hi There, Up to you, if you feel ok, then do, if you are not coughing up a lung, you poor thing. Rest if you can, maybe walk instead? Your body will let you know. Good luck!

  5. Hey Tribblehappy, You got this, so proud of you! I love to run 4 and do strength training the other days and other workouts, don't burn yourself out. If I want more, I usually just continue on for a bit after that days is done. Train Great and don't hurt yourself. Keep it up and Good luck!

  12. Hi TruFit, Welcome on here. TONS of water, lol. Half your weight in ounces. You weigh 160?, Drink 80 oz......Love it. I drink a diet soda only once in awhile... My treat, never the full sugar ones, but I do know Diet is probably just as bad. So, are you doing the 5k app? Good luck!

  18. Hi Kathy, First, Welcome here. You are doing great so far. I have no idea how that happened. I would def talk to DR about that, it sounds like that hurts. What I would do is, if it hurts to run, then walk , walk, walk. Walk until you are ready to run.. THis is not a race. I am so proud of you! Let me know if there is anything I can help you with. HUGS!

  21. Hi THere, You are definitely not too old. I am older too and I run like the wind, ok, maybe a little slower than that, but I have tons of energy.. You can do it! I am sooo proud of you.Do not be concerned about your pace at all. Everyone runs diffferently. You can do it and I am sooo proud of you!
