  1. Wow. Cannot wait. That is absolutely gorgeous. I love Nevada, but where I live is dirt. Lol. I'm taking off in the RV by myself in a few months and I cannot wait to see places like this. Gorgeous Azatol. Gorgeous.
  2. Uuugh. Hate those shin splints. Does he run too fast at the start when it says run???? I had those years ago and slowed down at the start and that helped. Pretty cool he is going with you. I love it. I love how everyone here helps each other on their journeys. So encouraging. Hugs to you all and keep at it.
  3. You Can Do It Tasha. We have all been there. Post when you run. Cheering you on today!!
  4. You bet. Post after your run. Good luck to you.
  5. Hi there and Welcome to the Forums Bianca, You have your hands full with 4 kids. Would be fun to get them involved too. I'd let mine play in the middle of the track at the school sometimes. Azatol and I are huge PALEO Fans. I have a website called Cavegrilcancook.com that I do post recipes there. I really need to do more there this year. I usually post on Facebook more. Best way to eat that I have ever found. I have a huge Fitness background and have looked at every new diet, Fad that comes out and it all comes down to eating right and getting exercise. Paleo is so balanced. I do eat brains here and there but mostly Paleo. Meat, fruits and veggies. Can't get any better than that. Anyways. That and YOU can do it. DO IT!!! We are all here cheering you on. We are all on the same journey. Good Luck to you. We will be here for you. Hugs.
  6. Hey there. Sounds like you are on the right track and know what you are doing. Are there any mentors at the Gym you go to that you can ask questions. Like, how they bulk up instead of lose. Check online too at some bodybuilder sights. Keep me posted.

  17. Hi Tiana, Oh My that sounds like it hurts, I have never heard of that at all. Anyone curious, this is what I found on it: http://www.healthline.com/health/bakers-cyst#Overview1 What did your Doctor say about how long it will take to heal? I have had the Miniscus shaved and have popped many a muscle, but never a cyst. I know it must be tough to lay low and not run. Keep me posted as to your healing. GOod luck..and a Hug!
  18. I saw them. I am so in love with my wireless ones. Especially driving down the road, people can hear me talking just fine with bluetooth. Love
  19. Hey AgentP, Thats great. You are doing amazing. I have a waterpack that I wear around my waist and my water bottle snuggles in nice. I havent seen another one like it. I canno stand to wear the strap one unless i hold the bottle in my hand. They do make camelbacks that are smaller, I have a waist one of those for long runs.. Enjoy that warm weather, stay hydrated. HUGS!
  20. Welcome here and man , that DIVA DASH sounds like fun, I would love to do that! I have heard of the Tough Mudder and Color me Run in Reno, that is it. Great Job!
  21. Hi and Welcome from Indonesia. Love hearing from people far away, or maybe we are the people far away. You are doing it. Are there any gyms you can join there? Keep us posted on here, Good luck!
  22. Hi Sadodude, You are doing great. I remmeber having a 15" waist and wanting to gain weight.. haha, those were the days. Anyways, it sounds lie your Metabolism is in HIGH gear. Lifting weights will definitely increase muscle mass, therefore burn more calories. Lots of protein, protein shakes, etc. Let me know how I can help you! Good Luck and welcome here1
  23. Hey there, for me, I get lazy after dinner. lol. So Like TrishE says, eat small first before you run and maybe something more later. I am not much of a sleeper, so if I was going to workout and bedtime is at 10pm, I would go at 5 pm and no later. But everyone is soooo different.. I have to have downtime before bed, whereas my hubby can get into bed right after work. UH, I would be awake all night if that was me. Hope this helps you!
