same boat went with long sleve under wind suit jacket should have gone short sleve but i liked my head band over my ears wind realy hurts my ears and i wore baseball cap cause i hate my hair blowing all over i pull the pony tail out the back loop i looked silly but hey it held my headphones in and kept my ears happy gloves on to warm gloves off fingers hurt i hate being older

on long island i have sports authority models bobs. and one other sports store all staffed by college kids what is a good running store? any way w3d1 done and it was to easy i wanted longer but stuck with the program map my run and c25k say same miles missfit gives.3 extra lol my walk up the stairs

Ruthie my shoes are running shoes because when i was researching walking shoes i was thinking of doing speed walking and learned running shoe would be better. shoes seem fine still thanks for the 2 sites good info

not sure bout those 2 but every other traking app i have tried measures there and back differently it is one of my pet peves and even running 2 apps at same time it is different glad iron is good cause low iron = low energy start putting a little away at a time for shoes good luck

i bought my running shoes for walking back in august at an outlet store before i decided i needed to run and before i found this app and great gang

i try and picture Bette Middler in the movie Beaches doing that fast walk on her high heels. i dont walk that way but it keeps my pace up

im still awake at 11:30 dont know why my ocd has kicked in and i downloaded map my run sad i cant track my shoes they not on the list ah well cant wait till sat to do my next run with all my apps going

first time runner only on week 3 but i think following the app makes sense i upgraded to the pro version to track distance and i compare it to my misfit. they dont mach but whatever
