  1. im fine with my cheap rebocks. first time i put them on i didnt want to take them off. and i hate shoes
  2. yah and 2 times in one day probably not good either i like having my own post in accountability
  3. so i tried to do w2d3 this morning but due to a lack of time thanks to my teen i didnt get the last run in and i had to shut phone off and do my cool down while i was working so my run was not complete did a redo tonight after work i am now using the pro version and it said 1.8 miles in 31 min realy do not know if that is good or not but it is official i did it my misfit said 2.2 miles in 31 min so whatever. Im happy my leggs and feet didnt seem to mind 2 runs in one day but im going to try not to do that again. wet leaves are a bit slippery so i know it is not the cold this winter im worried about it is the snow in the way making streets narrow and sidewalks dissapear and then there is the ice ah well one day at a time im cooking some dinner now and i will have my chocolate after that

I have a glass every sunday with dinner at mom and dads you know Italian family sunday dinner oh yea sundays are my cheat days also i gave up counting calories on sundays it made everyone mad lol I will once in a while i will have a shot of kaluha or some chocolate wine i try and keep that to once every other week or so

  10. Im not suposed to eat any cause im allergic to it but i have found a small amount every day is the right. amount to stay desensitezed. The darker the better I have even eaten bakers pure coco or 99 percent whatever .   12. good thing to it is raining too hard today so indoor strength training it is i had no way to time my runs. or walks yesterday but i did one run that was all the prayers in a rosary decade

  17. 51 and on w2d3 tomorrow if i dont loose my phone again its hard to get motivated some days but then i force myself and once im running feels soo good

  19. thanks ruthie the fates have derailed me today my phone got lost this morning i missed my pocket walking to my car so couldnt run with the app. so i just did the best i could with running. A neighbor just returned it to me my phone so w2d3 hopefuly will get done on wed. i dont think i will ever say used to be in the same phrase with chocoholic
  20. @Wendell so what if you dont finish it so what if you walk most of it go have fun with friends and coworkers. Dont push your training thats when injuries happen. @Twobees great news
  21. not sure what im going to do in the winter most people use gym treadmil or own one not possible for me im going to try just running the hall on lunch. at work
