Thank you for the help today was a skip day for me so i just did my pre work 15 min walk and my lunch time half hr but for fun i threw in a run i timed it i went 2 min 20 sec be for i had to stop. You are right out breath not big enough. Started my lunges and squots and planks today i used to do a lot of sets today i could only do 2 each. so my goal is to get back to where i was before the appartment got to hot to work out in
  2. Good to know im on target with 9 8 oz glasses a day for my 130 pounds sad that all this water has not stoped my 24/7 hunger

  5. thanks Jeshi. today i tried counting my in breaths one two three four breath out if i counted out i felt like i was holding my breath but just counting in i was able to have a better run i am on week 2 day one and the last 2 runs i wanted to quit but i said no way u have no health problems that Jeshi person can do it so can u and i did . Keep running and keep posting
  6. dont they make jogging strollers dont know if that would make a difference but you go girl u sound amazing. After my first and second it was all i could do to just get to work and back let alone excersize

  9. I hope you find a way to run together all the advice here sounds good i like the treadmill one and the every other day one as cash is tight i would probably opt for every other day. My hubby walks a lot job hunting so he wont even join me for a trip around the block. please post what you end up doing
  10. also what are you wearing I cant weare anything with trace of latex so any spandex typ clothes are no good for me good luck
  11. we can do anything we set our minds to i have a friend with same illness she has been treated then galdbladder removed she has now lost about 40 pounds and is still going you can and will get fit again

  13. i use my jacket zipperd pocket if cool out or an old fanny pack will get arm band some day and will try wites under bra trick till i can go wireles
  14. I thought i was starting week one day four but it was week 2 day one. Kind of confused am i not suposed to run every day? If not what is the pattern and what do i do on non run days
