how do I know my mileage and calories burned?
Anne Lang replied to anewcreation's topic in General Chat and Everything Else!
this app builds endurance slowly and safely if u have the pro version click on middle circle it flips and gives your info at the end of your work out before you click done click the fit pal icon to send your info to fitness pal let me know if this helped. -

I agree with Ruthie and good job I am on my feet all day also i prefer to run before work not after. Ruthie why are you up in the middle of the night

so drive myself nuts time my rout for todays run was somewhere between 1.7 and 2.1 miles two apps say 1.84 and the other two one was low and one was high I'll split the difference and be satisfied with 1.8 now im going to map out a 5 k rout so when the time comes I'll know where I'm going
-
my long walk that i have never been able to calculate miles for in any accurate way thanks to Azatol has been maped out on the site mentioned above and that is a 7.1 mile hike that takes me walking at a varied pace about 1hr 45 min. I do some slow walking some brisk walking some very brisk walking then i slow it down and go brisk to moderate to slow. I go early morning cause it is a bike trail that has a park on one side and a main highway on the other less cars better air quality the earlier i go I will do this walk on sunday as i ran today
-

You are an inspiration to keep trying so if you can do it so can we and if we can do it so can u one day at a time one moment at a time just enjoy
