i like to eat 2 Tbs peanut butter mixed with 2 of ground flaxseed then i add one Tbs of semi sweet chocolate chips after a run or long walk hmm may be having that soon

thanks Azatol! Today I woke up at 4:30 don't know why Did my get ready for work stuff and get the teen up stuff had to be in early because of staffing issues so no pre work run and again only half a break today so I did w4d1 after work. It wasn't to hard a little legg cramp somewhere in the 5 min run then it went away also I didn't hear begin walking after last run so I was still running when she said one min left so yep kept running and then she said begin your cool down and I was like why what I want to keep going but I began my cool down anyway. Now because dinner is cooked and eaten kids are occupied and this day has been so long I am sitting on my couch in my pjs in full couch potato mode

welcome and congrats i hope you find your tracking device soon i use misfit as it was what i could aford and i could swim with it. It was gone for a day and i missed having all that info post on your progress we are here for you

read the forums for advice run as early in the morning when it is the coolest out reasearch running on the web pay attention to the food you eat welcome to running and this app run every other day or m w f or some combo that works for you on non running days do strength training and other excersizes keep posting your progress i find knowing others are waiting to read what i did and how i did it to be very motivating having hubby along for the ride is great

you need good shoes idealy ones fitted for you at a running store. posture is important also not streching legs out to far. Check out some of the other forums there is lots of good advice in them good job getting through day one take a rest day and then do day 2 wishing you well

i hope so also i thought maybe a fast run tonight but life got in the way so it was just strength training after dinner and erands and laundry now im just done in.

ive toyed with a vest also i did with 10 pound back pack a 6.5 mile walk to work in oct. It was hard
