  1. sounds like when i get there ill pysh through and worry about time later im not planning to ever race so for me its just health and endurance how far can i go

  4. 1.8 mile easy walk during lunch today strength stuff tonight feeling tired but good.

  8. Hi Mary there is a lot of support in the forums and good advice to boot. Im 50 and do long brisk walks every time i tried to jog i got winded now i can do 3 min easy the program is working you will do fine in April keep us posted
  9. im finding running fun now that i can breath but im only up to 3 min runs. its the strength stuff on off days i dont like but i do it anyway. Michellejoy how is it going
  10. i preffer to run in the morning but after my breakfast if i dont then i try on my lunch break if i get my full hr and i run before i eat if not then i do as soon as i get home before it gets to dark I am flexible with when i run but i breath easier in the mornings

  12. hope u can find a running buddy raising kids is hard work and physical it just dosnt burn as many calories as we think good luck on your journy keep us posted
  13. inside for now will have to do what is your back yard front yard driveway sittuation. if you have room and can afford it (i have neither) get a treadmil. Last option some gyms open very early any way glad u doing something
  14. not sure i would contact customer suport from a desk top or lap top when i touch the bottom of the middle circle it flips over and tells me my calorie burn and when i touch again it gives my distance i touch the fit pal icon and a screen pops up saying getting permission to conect then it tells me message sent then i touch the face book i con and post there then i touch done. let me know if customer suport helps
  15. Wow Jeshie i like Ruthie's sugestion about seeing a nutritionist. And you need protien and good carbs to build muscle and cardio plus diet without strength training is not good so glad u on board with that. Nice job on the running i like that you were able to go little faster
