Today was strength training almost back to where i was with repititions. but not with weights. i did a long walk 5.7 miles according to my misfit flash i was walking for 2 hrs five min just slow and steady. Tomorrow will be w2d2 cant wait it was hard not to run today but i am not going to push it. Im going to do every other day.

  7. former couch potato and still liver of sweets program is working for me im not loosing any weight but im not gaining i feel stronger and healthier and i can run for 2 min without feeling like im going to die keep us posted and enjoy
  8. twobees do you drink a lot of tea the tannins block iron absoption i have also read if you can not absorb iron you need to eat both kinds together plant based and meat based with fruits that are high in vitamine c good luck getting your iron up. i just looked this all up for my mom u can google for more info
  9. i should move this thread and re name it but im just to lazzy see thats the couch potato in me anyway i had time before work so i did w1d3. Then at lunch i said why not and did w2 d1 (the run i only got 30 seconds into the last time) did the run felt great(think Tony the Tiger ) so saturday will be my long walk and strength training day I will not run. Sunday i hope to do w2d2 still fighting stupid cold but it felt better for a while after my runs today. I found that to be interesting
  10. starting to crave running the way i have always craved my fave food(DARK CHOCOLATE). I even dreamed of running when i was injured and had to heal seems normal to me

  12. im right behind u steph83 i did my redi of w1d3 before work and i did my redo of w2d1 today. so now im where i was before i pylled my calf so now i can move on. ill be following your posts
  13. great job keep doing what works for you. ive tried all mouth breathing ive tried half and half all nose works best for me

  15. today i did a half hr slow walk im fighting a sore throat and stuffyness skipped my strength training for dinner with old friend

  17. at work i sit only long enogh for a baby to eat some food or have a bottle then im standing moving around it is after dinner when i finally sit. or like the day i had to sit in class for trainings oh boy
