  1. not getting a run in today short lunches and overtime then have to pick up meds for my kids then attend a wake for coworkers parent sigh
  2. i cant believe it either have you tried thicker sox or running sox i have one pair of thorlos i love them
  3. did my strength stuff didnt want to but i did it added some stuff my teen does in gym we were laughing so hard at how inept i am with basic excersisez dumb stuff like where my hands go etc. It was a good work out and she helped make it fun
  4. i did and others they all seem to think you know a little bit I. know nothing and sometimes I just cant grasp how a move is suposed to be done i am looking for something like core for dummies lol will probably use the zen lab one though

  6. Linita&I I have eaten pure 100%cacoa and loved it It is not the sugar part i love but hey ill eat whaterer chocolate comes my way. Shame or blessing to be alergic to it also I know exactly how much a day i can have without being sick at night and next day. Jeshi I was just contemplating surfing the web after reading all the posts and skipping strength training for tonight it was a very physical day at work today but then i read your post so now i have to go excetsize. so thanks for being there

  8. lol no my name is my middle name and only half of my last name it is what i use on social media to help keep work and private life seperate i am an infant room childcare teacher 6weeks -9 months

  10. pro app will track distance or you can use any app like map my run or other simmilar ones
  11. Go slow go to a running store and get fitted for good running shoes get good sox also. Read the other posts lots of tips and good advice. Strength train on non running days google foot excersizes and see what works for you. There is no such thing as being to out of shape.Most of us run slower than we walk when we first start out some of us repeat work out days. or shorten run times. and re do till we get to the right time.   12. well with God all things are possible I hate planning meals and cooking i love eating and i like to bake once in a while I am accross the country but i will cheere your progress so good for you getting d1 done

  15. strength training for legs on off day and foam roller for after running i also used tiger balm first few runs

  17. I am some what un coordinated. Whith everything i have done to get healthy i still have an unhealthy belly bulge spare tire heart attack thing going on from everything i have read i need to make my core stronger i would like to down load an app with easy to follow instructionsI need like core for dummies kind of thing
  18. w4d2 done and im guessing because of yestetdays ocd thats why today seemed like a walk in the park this app tells me 2 miles in 31 min dont know if that is good or bad dont really care i just feel invincible. I did wake up with my right knee sore /tight just not right so i did Ruthies knee excersizes right after breakfast and i was ready to run 2 hrs later
