  3. I used to run those 5K's in about 30 minutes and under, now errr hmmmmmm, as I am slower, I take about 45 minutes.... Speed training would be good!! Proud of you!
  4. Speedingsloth hit that one on the head, Nice!! Thank you! I run 3X a week and weight train other days.. hike, bike, walk, rest.... Make sure you drink lots of water and Rest when needed.. Good Luck and So proud of you!
  5. Hi, I juct checked on AMAZOn and wow, they have some really good wireless ones for cheap. I paid over $60 for the HV-800 Wireless Neckband Headset - Bluetooth and I see it for $8... WOW, I got ripped off.. Check out headphones there, I am totally surprised at their prices and what I paid.. SAD FACE! LOL I use mine in the car, etcc.. they work great. It does all depend on what you are looking for and what works for you! Good Luck!

  7. I have the apps running in the background. Open one, start it, click home button, start another one, etc.... Hope this works for you!

  10. I have found that it is working when it does that.. Have you gone to apps & Devices and added zenlabs to the MFP one? If you are still having trouble, go to our customer support and ask them, they willhelp... Good Luck!

  14. Hi Jennifer and Welcome here! We have all been there for sure and me myself after teaching for a long time, I need my own butt kicked sometimes to get motivates. LOL IT HAPPENS!! Do not be too hard on yourself and you can do this! Do not run everyday, but mix it up.. Weights one day, Walk one day, Rn your 3x a week, bike, swim, hike, etc.... I find that the more I mix it up he better I get to. Do not think too hard about it, MAKE IT FUN!!!! You got this!!! Proud of you!

  16. Oh No Kitty, OUCH!!! You need to rest up that toe... Yikes.. Only workout when it does not hurt you! I broke my foot a few months ago, But I can ride my stationary bike and lift weights, yay!! So, if you can do that, do it! But rest is important! Hope it gets better!!! Good Luck to you!

  19. Hi there and welcome to you. Weight Watchers is great, good luck to you. You are wanting to track what??? Exercise, food??? Weight watchers will have a tracking app, Myfitnesspal has one, there are so many to choose from. Usually if you sync the C25k app with Myfitnesspal, it will calculate it for you. Let me kniw of this was what you were looking for?? Have fun!!

  22. Hey. Welcome amd have you set it up in MFP?? In MFP, go to apps amd devices and you should see it there to sync. Hope this helps.

    Hey there, So many of us use apps running in the background. So. Here is what I do. Start your music app and get your music going. Push home button and you shoild still hear your music. Start your Rockmyrun app amd get that going, push home button, Now start the C25k app, and start your run. Now all should be working. Check on apps???, double tap home button and you should see apps running, click on the one you want to see. Hope this helps. Let us know. Happy Running!!
