  1. I'm focusing on trying to get out of my head and just enjoy the run.
  2. Painful as in why did I stop! I have never enjoyed running, but I have always wanted to enjoy it. If that makes sense! Plus it is the only exercise with adding weights that pulls the weight off.
  3. This is my second time I hope I get through yesterday was painful
  4. January 2015 to May 2015 I was really successful at losing not just weight but lost a lot of inches. I went from a 12 to an 8. Unfortunately I lost interest in everything I guess I lost motivation and now have put back on all the weight I took off. I am so discouraged, but am trying not to let it keep me from getting back into working out and eating clean. The key for me was 5 small meals a day and drinking a fall of water a day. I stuck with a clean eating diet. I feel like a hypocrite telling anyone what helped me when I went off the wagon and gained the weight back.
  5. I have done this program before and was successful I laid off for a while and need to get back to it.
