  1. How to change and add more workout moves to the 7 min workout application. I purchased pro thinking it would get much better. Fail. Here hold this L for me.
  2. I actually see the day break downs now. Shows only 3 run days a week in the schedule. That's helpful didn't see that until I opened it for day two. I'm gonna still warm up with a 20 min walk on the treadmill In between runs to keep me loose.
  3. Do I run every day with this app? Do I skip a day? I wanna do muscle training as well but hate working out after working out. Ya know what I mean?
  4. Hi I'm not a beginner runner. Just haven't wanted to for a couple years. I have always loved the couch motivation apps. I'll race you to 9% body fat!!!!!!!
