    I love to run Mondays Wednesday and Fridays. Other days I do upper body, lower body amd crosstrain. Always shocking the body good luck. Love it.

  11. WELCOME! Don't you love it??? You will do great..... Lots of apps to get and have so much fun with... I broke my foot a few weeks ago and I have dropped foot syndrome, uggghhh, I see the DR tomorrow to see. I was sad but I CAN do all upper body workouts, oh yeah!! YEs I can!!! WE can do anything we set our minds too!!! Good Luck!!

  13. Hi There and Welcome to you and all of you newbies here too. Oh you can do sooo much without a gym, Ask any questions and I can help you.... So much you can do around the house. Do you have a stroller?? walk/Run with your little one, I did that for years.. SOOOO many free apps out there it is crazy. Zenlabs has so many free apps for a lot of exercise... So much online for free too. I do not think I will ever step into a gym again... Check out thrift shops for hand weights.... Let me know how to help you! Good Luck!!!

  19. Hi There Qceus and Welcome here. I have to eat before a run, but that is me.. Not too filling of course. I eat a Banana and Peanut butter, or, toast and peanut butter. Afterwards I like eggs.... or a protein shake... I have to take water with me when I run, so little sips to wet my whistle and not in gulps, I get ill if I do ..
