  1. I was wanting to sync this with my fitness pal. When it got to share with my fitness pal it crashes . Was day 1 week 1 . How do I get this to sync with MFP & also how many calories roughly is week 1 day 1
  2. Is there any way to do this ? I wold like to know desperate how many mins walking and jogging are in each of the days
  3. Hi I was meaning track the excersice I do in this app, looking for way to track it in weight watchers or should I just out it through as walking to be safe ?
  4. Ok so started weight watchers and will be doing the couch to 5k. What is best way to track ... Need to separate how many min running from jogging quickly . Cheers
