    That's brilliant help. Thank you. It's all a new start and I always want to get to the end straight away so think this app will help me control it. I will forget about distance now and just keep doing what the app says. Thanks again

    Hi all. Just did my first day and although it was tough it's done and it's an achievement. Just wondering what distance is expected to be covered in the first week? I did 3.9kms today

  12. Just wondering does anyone know can I run mapmyfitness and iTunes on at the same time so I can track distance and listen to music?

    Fresh start

    Hi all. I'm starting fresh...again... And hoping I can keep going this time. I am sick of being unfit and overweight so hopefully this will work. Nice to have some support
