Hi. So I am in the Police Academy and have to meet certain criteria for the physical test. We have to do 33 pushups in one minute. I can do 32 right now, but can not push out the last one! I know I need to work on my upper body strength. Any suggestions or routines would greatly be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi, I've just completed day one but I can't seem to be able to stop my screen from timing out when using the app. My phone is a Samsung galaxy S5. Any help wold be much appreciated.

I am starting 100 pushups today. I made a bet that I could complete the program and do 100 pushups in 8 weeks from now. I can do 25 already. Do I still start on day 1 week ? It seems to easy, is that the best use of my time?

HELP! Hi, my name is Rhonda. I just finished W1/D3. Then I saw my next workout is already Week 2. I then realized I wasn't supposed to run 3 days in a row. WHERE do I find a weekly schedule which tells when to run and when to rest. I'm using C210K. If in the beginning I'm only supposed to run 3 days, what days do I run/rest? Is there a schedule somewhere? Thanks for your time.

I've been using C25K free on my iPhone 5s for over 4 months. I've had C25K connected to my Facebook account and have been posting my completion statuses as I've finished each of my runs. Starting this week, C25K will no longer post to my Facebook and I haven't changed anything. I really like this app and need the encouragement and accountability of my Facebook friends. But now it is very discouraging and frustrating. Nothing seems to fix this issue. The "End Workout" and "Sharing with Friends" screen appears after my run. I am logged into Facebook, because the icon is shown in color (blue) and my username is listed I press "send" in the upper right and it takes me to a new screen in safari. Before it would just post and I would be done. This new screen looks like a Facebook page and says "Confirm You have already authorized C25K - 5K Trainer." With press buttons for "Cancel" and "OK" Pressing "Cancel" brings me to the "End Workout" screen where it says "Submitting your message" with a spinning icon and just spins for hours. Pressing "OK" brings me back to the same Zen Labs C25K "End Workout" screen with a pop up dialog box appearing that says: "This app doesn't have permission to do this. To change permissions, try logging into the app again." with a touch button that says "OK" Logging back into C25K does not change anything. I've already tried deleting and reinstalling the app on my phone. Reconnecting to Facebook. Checking my Facebook permissions. Help!!!! Everything was working great until now. I've hunted all over the internet for an answer, but came up with nothing. Has no one else experienced this problem? This is my last resort. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

Last week, I was doing week 2, and while I was able to complete everything, I was struggling, especially on Saturday, so I decided to repeat week 2. Problem is, today was even worse than Saturday... And Saturday was harder than Thursday... And Thursday was harder than last Tuesday! I thought it was supposed to get easier with time doing the same run, not harder each time I try.... On a possibly related note, how in the world do you stretch the outside front of the calf? For some reason, the outside front of my calf is what seems to want to give up first, and I haven't figured out a way to make it feel better. Please tell me this is going to get easier soon! I'm feeling super frustrated, because today I did so much worse than all the days last week.

Assuming you are running 3 days a week and no more. Particularly at the beginning of the 5k programme. All at the beginning then 4 days to heal? Or day on day off in the week with a weekend off? What works best for you and is one way recommended over others? I've never managed to settle in to a routine properly and always end up mixing approaches (perhaps a reason for me starting the course many times but never finishing!)

So after much procrastination, I jumped up and told myself "go out and start now". I don't regret it but boy oh boy am I in pain. My ankles hurt so badly while running and when i completed the shins and ankles were in sheer agony. I'm not gonna stop but someone please tell me it gets better

It was hard for me to finish the first day, but I did it, my question is - since it was hard, should I retry the same day's excersize the next day, or push forward into day 2?

Hi everyone! Today is my third day using zenlabs and Im excited to looking forward to a healthier and better me! Today I was working out and my legs were hurting so bad that I had to stop. Any suggestions on what I could use to help with pain? And what is a good speed to begin running? Thanks to anyone that applies.
