Great job Augy. Woot woot. I'm now wearing the Fitbit and love it. I want to look into some runs in Reno and just drive my RV up and go. Even if by myself. Fun

Hi there IC, Welcome on here. So, first of all. You are doing great. Scold, side stitches ?? I hate that. It's from not taking enough oxygen as you run. You run full tilt and ouch , that hurts. Make sure you breathe deep enough as you run. Most of us do not bdeathe deep enough at all. Try doing exercises 3x daily. I set an alarm to make myself breathe deep. Lol Before I run, if it's early, I eat a high protein snack. String cheese, yogurt, something light. Or because of our weather here , I will run after lunch and I eat a light lunch. You an do it. So proud of you. Good luck.

Hi there , Oh man. Sorry you were sick. When our lungs hurt , it is so hard to run. Uggh. Give it some time and let yourself heal. You will be surprised at how fast you get back into it. I'm having allergies at the money and dry coughing. Hate that. It has slowed me down for sure. Have you tried Mucinex???? Feel better. You too TrishE!!

Hi there, So sorry you are hurting. Ouch. I would give it a few weeks and see how you do. Then maybe fast walking first to see. Definitely build up your leg strength and see if that helps. Keep me posted here. Hope it heals fast.

Hey there. I've gone through a lot of Fitbit's. Switched to a few others and now I have the FItBit Surge. Oh my. I LOVE it sooo much. I will never switch again. Now this unit is pricey but soooo worth it. It tracks everything. Heartbeat, sleep, steps, floors, how many calories you burn in a day. It adjusts your calories and what you need to eat the next day on the app. I don't sleep with it on as I gotta get it off of me at night. Just drives me crazy, lol. But it is cool at how it tracks your sleep. I do hear people love the Jawbone. So it's up to you how much you want to spend. Good luck.

I am so used to running on a dirt road as I live in the country. I can say that when I move to the pavement it is way different and I find it harder. Is that how you all feel??? Happy Running.

Hi there Brooke. All up to you. I like to alternate my days for running. Usually I go Tuesday, Thursday , Saturday. Then I crosstrain the other days. I DO love to run 4 days myself. Other days, I bike, hike, lift weights, Etc.... Depending on how I feel. Good luck to you.

Hey Harley Mike. We ride Harley's too. Keep on going with t he app. Don't get discouraged at all. Just repeat days of you need to. Do some strength training in too. That will so help you. Let me know if I can help you. Good luck.

Hi Augy, It's a beautiful ride. We are on the HWY to Bridgeport on the side of a mountain. We ride Harley's. Awesome, I'll start training more myself , I've been Super busy and am still on Week 6 of the 10k app. I've been doing more videos and weights. Keep me posted on the Runs. I'd love to go with you and your wife and whoever else wants to join us. IM going to bust my butt starting tomorrow. We live in Wellington.
