  1. Hi There, I would hate to give you any advice that would further more back pain for you. Sorry you suffer from that. What does a Dr. say? Discs? I have had neck surgery to fuse #4 vertebrae. Therefore, causing pressure down my back. I have a Teeter machine that I can hang upside down in. It is amazing. Stretches my back. But please ask your Doctor before doing anything so you do not hurt yourself. Keep me posted..
  2. Hi Kkhagerty, You have to go to MFP, go to your settings, click apps and devices and sync from there to c25k. There should be an option...
  3. Hey Spiffy, hmmm, I do not know why it does that? Have you tried asking support that question? Oh, another thing, if you deleted the free app, have you cleared it out of running in the background? Rebooted? You can also click on that first day again and it will put a checkmark on it that it has completed. Keep me posted.
  4. Hi Crystal. Absolutely no problem at all to me if your daughter goes with you. I had an English friend in Holland who always took her kids with her, they loved it. Just make sure she warms up right and you both stretch afterwards. I'm so happy for you. And jealous. Enjoy!!
  5. Hi there Diamond. Have you tried some breathing exercises??? I set an alarm in my phone for 3 times a day and try and breathe in and out deeply. Most of us don't fill our lungs to capacity. Also, just checking , but sometimes people hold their breath while working out and not knowing it and then breathe fast. Make sure you do breathe in and out and deeply. Keep me posted. Hugs. Aloha!!

  8. Hi Leslie, Do not be discouraged at all. So many people get stuck there and I would email support and ask, as I am not sure it is suppposed to be in there or not. Do your best and run how you want to run. You can do it!! I am on App 10k, and i am running for 20 minutes, can i somedays?, NO, but I do not let myself get down, I am moving and that is all that matters. Do your best and move to the next day! You can do it!! HUGS!

Now As I've gotten older , my motivation isn't what it used to be. Isn't that hard? But you can do it. These Apps are the best. Plus we are all here to cheer you on. You can do it.   21. Hi there IC, Welcome on here. So, first of all. You are doing great. Scold, side stitches ?? I hate that. It's from not taking enough oxygen as you run. You run full tilt and ouch , that hurts. Make sure you breathe deep enough as you run. Most of us do not bdeathe deep enough at all. Try doing exercises 3x daily. I set an alarm to make myself breathe deep. Lol Before I run, if it's early, I eat a high protein snack. String cheese, yogurt, something light. Or because of our weather here , I will run after lunch and I eat a light lunch. You an do it.
