  1. Hmmm. Then it is with MFP then??? Can you manually add your workout in so you don't lose them and they get logged??? I did that myself.
  2. Hi there Michelle, Welcome here to our forums. What fun to have that many people from work running with you. Nice. London too. Only been there once. So beautiful. Totally up to you if you want to move forward. If you feel like you did amazing, then continue on to Week 3. If it was me, I would go forward. Just repeat the weeks you feel like you are struggling with. Iactually love to run 3-4 days myself and repeat the past day over, then do other workouts on the other days, weights, bike, etc... You are doing great. Keep up the great work and can't wait to hear more about it. Good luck.
  3. Hi there. I soooo love T25. I do that when I can't run. Great program. If you are doing the c25k app , do that 3-5 times a week. And T25 on the other days. Totally uo to you. You are moving and that is what is Important. So proud of you. Great support here too. Good luck and let us know how you do ok???

There are lot of people here on there too. I was, but I counted calories for years and now am in on the Fitbit app. There is a group on here that will be your friend on there. It is nice. Anyways.   5. It drives me nuts to keep looking. LOL. I will do T25 workouts some days and i hate watching the timer they put up on there. I might stick a piece of masking tape on that section. HA HA!!!
  6. Good for you Camilicon, So proud of you. Yes, when you work a shift like that, it is hard to fit a workout in. But, do you sit all day?, walk ?, now that is a great workout too if you are on your feet all day. I am surprised that i can get 4 miles a day in, just walking around my house cleaning, etc....   10. Hi There, I would hate to give you any advice that would further more back pain for you. Sorry you suffer from that. What does a Dr. say? Discs? I have had neck surgery to fuse #4 vertebrae. Therefore, causing pressure down my back. I have a Teeter machine that I can hang upside down in. It is amazing. Stretches my back. But please ask your Doctor before doing anything so you do not hurt yourself. Keep me posted..
  11. Hi Kkhagerty, You have to go to MFP, go to your settings, click apps and devices and sync from there to c25k. There should be an option...
  12. Hey Spiffy, hmmm, I do not know why it does that? Have you tried asking support that question? Oh, another thing, if you deleted the free app, have you cleared it out of running in the background? Rebooted? You can also click on that first day again and it will put a checkmark on it that it has completed. Keep me posted.
  13. Hi Crystal. Absolutely no problem at all to me if your daughter goes with you. I had an English friend in Holland who always took her kids with her, they loved it. Just make sure she warms up right and you both stretch afterwards. I'm so happy for you. And jealous. Enjoy!!
  14. Hi there Diamond. Have you tried some breathing exercises??? I set an alarm in my phone for 3 times a day and try and breathe in and out deeply. Most of us don't fill our lungs to capacity. Also, just checking , but sometimes people hold their breath while working out and not knowing it and then breathe fast. Make sure you do breathe in and out and deeply. Keep me posted. Hugs. Aloha!!

  17. Hi Leslie, Do not be discouraged at all. So many people get stuck there and I would email support and ask, as I am not sure it is suppposed to be in there or not. Do your best and run how you want to run. You can do it!! I am on App 10k, and i am running for 20 minutes, can i somedays?, NO, but I do not let myself get down, I am moving and that is all that matters. Do your best and move to the next day! You can do it!! HUGS!

Now As I've gotten older , my motivation isn't what it used to be. Isn't that hard? But you can do it. These Apps are the best. Plus we are all here to cheer you on. You can do it.
