After having 26 Foster kids, our two boys and my stepdaughter, I know how you feel with , what do I do now that the kids are gone? I did that for years. It is really hard , especially when your life revolved around the kiddos , right??? Take your tome with the app. Run , walk, all up to you. Do what makes you feel good. If you have to repeat days, then do. You are moving. I'm so proud of you. You are so young and have the world in front of you. I would so love to walk 20 miles a day for Breast Cancer Awareness, Heck, I'd drove my Rv and walk with you. Lol. Keep it up and we are all here for you!!! Ask any questions. Good luck.

  9. Hey there Milbags, I love to go for 3-4 days a week. Crosstrain the other days. Walk, hike, bike, swim, weight training. Whatever else you love to do. I love using everyday things to workout instead of working out. Keep me posted. You are doing great.

Do what you can, if you walk, walk, at least you are moving. Repeat days if you have to. AND, the number 1 thing to do?, come here and check in with us. Everyone is so helpful here.   13. Hi there Disney Fan, Welcome here. Sorry you are struggling with those days. Yes, repeat if you want to until you get a little stronger. Sometimes it is all in our heads. Don't look at your phone when you run either, put it down (per Azatol), that will help and listen to fantastic music. I wouldn't repeat the week for a long time, but just til you feel comfortable enough to move on. You can do it !!!!! Good luck.

  19. SO, I am hitting the road. We traded in our old RV for a smaller one that i can drive. I am SOOOOO excited. My hubby travels a lot and I just got a job with a well known Venue in Sturgis and I can work on the road. I am BEYOND Excited... My hubby can now travel and meet up with me on the way. I am wanting to do 5ks along the way. from NV to Florida and then back across the midwest to home.. I cannot wait to do this! Maybe I will come run with any of you! Wish me luck! Tomorrow is my Birthday and I am not getting any younger, ready to go see America by RV! WootWoot!

  22. Hi There DogNurse, YOU ARE absolutely not failing out there. Ya made it to Week 5 and that is AWESOME!!! Super cool! Is this the 5k app? I think that is the week that a few get stuck on... Keep at it, maybe do some interval training, speed work, strength training. I am curious to see what anyone else does and posts... HUgs to you, YOU CAN DO IT!
