  3. Hey there, There you are. Missed you. I can only imagine the snow. Uggh. It is horrible on the East Coast. I'm in Nevada and we haven't even had a winter at all. I'm in CA this weekend and it is warm. Do I want to run?, no. Lol. What State are you in?? I feel for you. Long winter. Do you have any exercise equipment at home?? Any community center with a track?   5. Hi there DB, You are awesome. You can do it. We are all here in the same boat as you. The weight is harder to get off as we get older, man do I know that one. But with determination we can do it. Eat healthy and workout. I find it harder on me to run now with my back , but man I can sure walk fast with lil burst of running. Paleo eating is awesome too. I love it. Like Trish says, welcome here and you can do it, we are all here for you. Good luck.
  6. Congrats Mel. You did it !!! Hey Ella, that C25k app is great. There are also apps ZenLabs has that are for legs, abs, push-ups, etc. everyone helps here and you won't be alone. Start tomorrow with Day 1, Week 1! You can do it. Proud of you.

  10. Wow Laney, First, welcome on here. You are never too old to do this. You can do it. Second, so sorry for your families loss. I can't even imagine what you all went through. All of you running for a cause thta is near to your heart is such an inspiration. We all cannot wait for hear about your progress. You can even motivate me too. I need to lose and get in better shape myself. Life has gotten in the way and we lost a dear friends husband last week at 48 years old, he had a stroke and was gone in 2 days. It sure does make you think about how precious life is. We are in an RV park this weekend in California, I've been watching a lady, probably in her 70's, while we were outside drinking beer, she must have walked this park 5 times, and it has to be 2 miles around. So while we junked out last night and drank more, I woke up this am thinking, uh, no more, it's time to move it. I can't wallow in my friends death anymore and hurt. Let's do this!!! I gotta lose too. Today is a fun family day on the lake, no beer for me at all, lots of water, and tomorrow I will run with my app. That's for making me move too. Post your progress. So proud of you.

  14. Hey there ladies, When I saw that too , I freaked too. So, I tried the 20 minutes, and I couldn't do it, so I just repeated the week before and then moved on again. The best thing to do is to not look at your phone at all, otherwise, those minutes will take forever. You both are doing great. Keep it up.

    Hi Las, Welcome on here. Yes, the weathe ris really tough where you are at. Brrrrr. Any videos you can do inside? A gym? ZenLabsfitness sells Beachbody DVDs and the Combat30 and T25 is amazing. Of course, if you live upstairs that might not work and your downstairs neighbors might not be happy. Maybe a treadmill? Bike inside, There are so many ways to get exercise.   17. Hi Jac. You can sync with MyFitnessPal and go to apps and devices in there and then sync with the app. Other than that I don't think it saves anywhere else. You can contact support and ask them. I also wear a FItbit , but that's because I'm addicted to it. Good luck.

  24. Hi there. I definitely do weight training. One day I do upper body and one day lower body, then on day the whole body strength training. I also love T25 workout, Combat30. I love to ride my bike, walk ., etc. I a, so like you and cannot just sit still at all. I like to move. Good luck.
