  3. Wow Laney, First, welcome on here. You are never too old to do this. You can do it. Second, so sorry for your families loss. I can't even imagine what you all went through. All of you running for a cause thta is near to your heart is such an inspiration. We all cannot wait for hear about your progress. You can even motivate me too. I need to lose and get in better shape myself. Life has gotten in the way and we lost a dear friends husband last week at 48 years old, he had a stroke and was gone in 2 days. It sure does make you think about how precious life is. We are in an RV park this weekend in California, I've been watching a lady, probably in her 70's, while we were outside drinking beer, she must have walked this park 5 times, and it has to be 2 miles around. So while we junked out last night and drank more, I woke up this am thinking, uh, no more, it's time to move it. I can't wallow in my friends death anymore and hurt. Let's do this!!! I gotta lose too. Today is a fun family day on the lake, no beer for me at all, lots of water, and tomorrow I will run with my app. That's for making me move too. Post your progress. So proud of you.

  7. Hey there ladies, When I saw that too , I freaked too. So, I tried the 20 minutes, and I couldn't do it, so I just repeated the week before and then moved on again. The best thing to do is to not look at your phone at all, otherwise, those minutes will take forever. You both are doing great. Keep it up.

    Hi Las, Welcome on here. Yes, the weathe ris really tough where you are at. Brrrrr. Any videos you can do inside? A gym? ZenLabsfitness sells Beachbody DVDs and the Combat30 and T25 is amazing. Of course, if you live upstairs that might not work and your downstairs neighbors might not be happy. Maybe a treadmill? Bike inside, There are so many ways to get exercise.   9. Hi Jac. You can sync with MyFitnessPal and go to apps and devices in there and then sync with the app. Other than that I don't think it saves anywhere else. You can contact support and ask them. I also wear a FItbit , but that's because I'm addicted to it. Good luck.

  16. Hi there. I definitely do weight training. One day I do upper body and one day lower body, then on day the whole body strength training. I also love T25 workout, Combat30. I love to ride my bike, walk ., etc. I a, so like you and cannot just sit still at all. I like to move. Good luck.
  17. Hmmm. Then it is with MFP then??? Can you manually add your workout in so you don't lose them and they get logged??? I did that myself.
  18. Hi there Michelle, Welcome here to our forums. What fun to have that many people from work running with you. Nice. London too. Only been there once. So beautiful. Totally up to you if you want to move forward. If you feel like you did amazing, then continue on to Week 3. If it was me, I would go forward. Just repeat the weeks you feel like you are struggling with. Iactually love to run 3-4 days myself and repeat the past day over, then do other workouts on the other days, weights, bike, etc... You are doing great. Keep up the great work and can't wait to hear more about it. Good luck.
  19. Hi there. I soooo love T25. I do that when I can't run. Great program. If you are doing the c25k app , do that 3-5 times a week. And T25 on the other days. Totally uo to you. There are lot of people here on there too. I was, but I counted calories for years and now am in on the Fitbit app. There is a group on here that will be your friend on there. It is nice. Anyways.   21. It drives me nuts to keep looking. LOL. I will do T25 workouts some days and i hate watching the timer they put up on there. I might stick a piece of masking tape on that section. HA HA!!!
  22. Good for you Camilicon, So proud of you. Yes, when you work a shift like that, it is hard to fit a workout in. But, do you sit all day?, walk ?, now that is a great workout too if you are on your feet all day. I am surprised that i can get 4 miles a day in, just walking around my house cleaning, etc.... Keep us posted here!
