Hi there, No, i dont think it tracks distance, etc.... One day i am hoping for that feature. It just says you finished Day2, week3, etc... I just keep Mapmyfitness in the background running and let it oost from that app. Hope this helps.

Hi there Mel and Sunshine Mom, You def want to do some stretching. Please don't ever ever stretch when your muscles are cold. You will POP a muscle and be diwn for awhile. Warm up for a few minutes and then stretch if you need to. Mel- to stretch your knees, with ine hand , hokd onto amtable or doorway, grab one ankle behing you and stretch the front of your kneecap. Your foot should almost touch your butt. Repeat on other side. Hope this helps. Strecth ONLY warm muscles. Good luck.

Hi there Joan, Brrr, to me thats a heat wave in Nevada. Lol. But, we have had the warmest winter ive seen in 15 years here. Weird. So Proud of you for getting out there. There are a lot of us on MFP. There is a forum thread here somewhere that has peoples login codes on. Im not on it anymore i felt like a slave to my calories. Lol. Anyways. Yes you are running, even if it slow. Yippeeeeeeeeee!!!!
