  1. Just getting started with running. Been walking for about 2 months 6-10 miles a day. want to start interval traing (such as C25K) to build stamina and promote weight loss. I have lost 35 lbs through healthy eating, walking and moderate weight training. Starting C25K Monday.....Success is steps away to lose 45 more pounds and gain a healthier me.
