  1. Hello, I’m a 55 yo woman who has let my health decline for decades. Because I have a job involving constant walking, I fooled myself that I was sort of in shape. I have three areas that need immediate attention. I have little flexibility, and that’s aggravated joint damage in my feet, knees, and one shoulder. I have physical therapy exercises for that. My muscles are weaker than ever, but I’m getting better with C25K. Is there a way I can manage doing running, stretching, and strength training on a regular basis without overdoing it? There are many more details I could add about my stuation if anyone wants to know.
  2. Good Morning! I just downloaded the c25k app and am ready to start running! I have been working out on average 4 days a week since August last year. I have lost 20 lbs which I am thrilled about but still have about 50 more to go. So, how does the app work exactly? Does it break down time for interval training with walking, jogging and running? I want to start after work today. Shannon
  3. Hello, What kind of routine or workout do you all do on your rest days. I am not comfortable taking the day off totally, so am wondering what strength/HIIT/etc, training or routines you guys do on the days you are not working through the program.
