  1. I just finished week 2, after many restarts of week 1. I could barely hold out for 90 seconds of jogging. I looked ahead and saw that week 3 calls for 3 minutes of jogging. I'm so scared that I'm tempted to give up. Did anyone else feel that way? Peeking at week 4, I see that it increases to 5 minutes of jogging! Right now, I feel like collapsing after each 90 sec jogging segment. What do I do? What can I do to be able to do this? Did anyone else feel this way?
