  3. Hi MartyQ, Welcome here.. Oh that ole motivation button in our heads, I used to have so much energy and now even myself has slowed down... BUT YOU CAN DO IT!!. Put it in your Calendar, make it a priority, It does not take that long out of your day to do it! I love watching my shows at the end of the day, but dangit, If I can sit there for a few hours, I sure the heck can go out for walk/run, lift weights, whatever for 20 minutes. You will feel soooo good about yourself and DO IT FOR YOU! You will feel great, be happier, look great in that bathing suit, your kids are the best motivator ever and you will LIVE longer too!!! FOR YOUR KIDDOS!!!! HEY, you can run next to them while they ride their bikes right? Run with the dog?, you can do exercise anywhere, lunges down the hallway, squats while talking on the phone, etc...... Keep us posted. IF YOU REALLY WANT SOME MOTIVATION - HERE YOU GO - MARTY, GET OFF YOUR BUTT AND GO DO IT!!! That make you feel better???? SO Proud of you and excited to see your progress.. Good Luck!
  4. Hi there RAY!, First welcome here. 2nd, YOU DID IT, woohoooo! Congratulations on completing the app. That feels good huh? Just continue on witht he 10k app, you do not have to run a 10k, if you want to get stronger, faster, then go for it. I am doing the 10k app just to keep up with myself. I love it. OR, just redo the 5k app again, but I think you will like the 10k one. Start at about Week 3-5 to see where you are at. PROUD OF YOU!
