  1. Hi There LagerMom, Do not be so hard on yourself, Walk it if you have to and repeat days if you have to . It is hard to run, period, just slow down and repeat. you will be thrilled in just a few days. YOU CAN DO IT!!!!! Proud of you!

    The only thing you need to remember, is that pavement running is harder than treadmill running. The treadmill propels you forward. Just set your incline so it is tougher.. Good luck!
  3. Hi, I do not think so. Have you tried unchecking it, set your phone to yesterdaysdate, click on the day and then reset it back to todays date? I never thought of i but it might workd. Let me know!

  7. Definitely see a specialist. I had torn miniscus in both kneees, ended up having surgery on both knees and I now do not have a problem at all.. It was a relief... I went to an orthopedic DR.. Good Luck!
  8. Well this is a First here.... I chuckled, Maybe one of the "Guys" can answer this!!! Me as a girl, I wear and love the Shorts that have the underwear built right in them... they stay put and no wedgies at all, nothing worse than running and you have to keep pulling out your undies, I hate that. They do make running shorts that are tight to your legs and no underwear?????? Or, you can just wear a thong, its already rides up there. Sorry, I just had to say that!! Made me laugh!!! Keep me posted!!

  13. Hi Lucy. 6-7 mph is pretty quick but, see how you do outside too. Running on the road is tougher outside as a treadmill will propel you forward. Thats a really good pace. My best was 9 minute mile. Im really short. Let me know how you do. Im excited to see how you do. Good luck.

  21. Hi there. If you transfer your apps you should, if not you can check off the days you have already done. I know at&t has transfer apps, you transfer between the phones.
