Hi Ecruz, Welcome here. TrishE gave great advice. Shoes will make ya want to move it!!!! . You have a goal ahead of you , so go for that goal. If it helps for you to write it on paper amd post it to the fridge, then do it!! Anything to help you see that carrot in front of you will be awesome!!! Let us know here how you do! Good Luck.

You need your time for yourself, as you will be the best you can be for her too.... Take that time for yourself in your run/walking. Hi there LadyLibra, You start week 2 on Week 2, If you are doing sooo good, then repeat a few days on Week 1 to 4-5 days if you want to. Or, Do other workouts until Week 2.. I try to keep my weeks on the week I am at.. You can shake it up doing so many other workouts, strength training, etc.... You can do it, we are all here for you!!! Good Luck!

Hi There LagerMom, Do not be so hard on yourself, Walk it if you have to and repeat days if you have to . It is hard to run, period, just slow down and repeat. you will be thrilled in just a few days. YOU CAN DO IT!!!!! Proud of you!

The only thing you need to remember, is that pavement running is harder than treadmill running. The treadmill propels you forward. Just set your incline so it is tougher.. Good luck!

Hi, I do not think so. Have you tried unchecking it, set your phone to yesterdaysdate, click on the day and then reset it back to todays date? I never thought of i but it might workd. Let me know!
