    Shoes are the most important thing. My toes get squished and man does that ever hurt. So I know which shoes are best for me! Keep us posted on you!

  3. HI There, Welcome here. At the present time, I think the only way is to have an app running in the background, unless you have a fitbit, or other tracking device. Does your phone have a GPS on it? Hoping this feature is added down the line. Happy Running!

  12. My phone has a carrier for my hip, but wearing exercise pants, it does not stay on, so I usually just hold it!
  13. My Surge broke and all I had to do is show them a receipt and it was from 6 months ago and FitBit sent me a new one that I am wearing right now. I AM SOOOO IN LOVE with the SURGE!!!!!!!!!!!

  15. Hi there and welcome to you! On my other days, I lift weights, hike, bike, swim, whatever i want to get more exercise in. Zenlabs has lunges apps, Situps app, you name it, they challenge you. I use them a lot. Just search for Zenlabs in your app store. Good luck to you!

  19. Great advice everyone..... I used to run in e mornings, but now i work inthe am (here too ), now I go inthe afternoons, I live in a dry climate but unless it is under 100 degrees, I am fine. You have kiddos, so maybe before they wake up? or after they go to school?? However you can get in your workout, do it! You got this! Good Luck!
  20. Welcome here Sammy, You are funny. Thanks for sharing your story. I love Belize, Gorgeous! Stopped by there on a Cruise. Love the local tourist bar run by a this awesome American Couple. Their friends run that tourist attraction where they drive around in those little cars? I could so live there. pretty!!!   21. hi Staffy, Welcome here! Living in Hotels is tough, but they have great gyms to get moving... You can do this anywhere. Buy a Fitbit so you can track your steps.. It keeps me motivated!
