  2. Welcome Jackie. So happy you are here. Proud of you. These apps are awesome. Check out other apps by Zenlabs too. There are a lot. Pushup challenge, abs, etc........ Get great shoes. Figure out what days you want to run, make a plan for weight training, etc........... We are all here to help you on your journey. TrishE and I are Moderators here so feel free to ask questions.   9. Hi there, it just shows when you complete a day. Most of use an app running in the background to map our distance, time, etc..... Mapmyfitness, Nike, and there are many more out there. Good luck and welcome here.

    Treadmills

    Hi there RiRi, Welcome on here. You can do this!!!!!! Treadmill is great of thats how you want to do it? Just remember that a treadmill will help tompropel you forward. Running outside is harder and preferred by most. Give yourself a challenge though and maybe add an incline to it?????? Keep us posted here.

    Knee pain

    Hey Diane. Intetra gave great advice. Thanks for that. Definitely see a DR if you cannot pinpont where it is??? Post here wheere in the knee it is??? Just soreness from running or?????? Let us know. Hope you fewl better.
  12. Hey there. Congrats so far and welcome. I have definitely had that before and man that hurts. If you find it toooo painful, rest. Maybe do other workout? Lift weights instead???? Do a lot of stretching and soak in a tub with Epsom salt!!! Good luck. Proud of you b

  14. Hi there and Welcome here. You are doing amazingly. To answer your questions. If you feel,like you need to, then I would add an incline. But I live in the mountains, so everything is hilly. I woukd add a little. Running in a treadmill is so different than running outside. You can definitely repeat week 5 until you are comfortable to move on. When you run, you are working lots of muscles. You should not be feeling a lotmof pain. Most people complain about shin splints. After you feel like younare warmed up, stretch your calves to see if thatvhelps???? Do not stretch cold legs Let me kniw how it goes. Goodnluck.

  18. Hi There MCGold, Sorry your question was not answered earloer than today. I apologize. It has been a crazy summer. Absolutely on strength training exercises. Upper body, Lower Body, Core training? Alternate days with those. There are apps for that too. Zenlabs has leg app, lunge app, situps, pushups etc......... They are pretty cool. I love working out with my own my won body as a weight. Walk by a counter, i do 10 pushups, lunges to the bathroom. Lol. Its amazing how you can incorporate it into your lifestyle. Anyways. If you need my help, i can help you setup a strength tarining routine, but there is lots online too. Proud of ya!!!

  20. Hi Ashlem, Welcome here. Im excited to follow your journey. Kids are great but little sideliners too in our fitness quest. Include them with some exercise and they will love it.
