  1. Hi there Maranda, Welcome to our forums. Great help and encouragement here. You can do this. There are a lot of us on Myfitnesspal. I am kellyannbarr1. We cheer eachbither on there too. There is a Forum thread somehwere on here that shiws other members on there too. It is Week 1, Day 1, 2 & 3. Then Week 2 , etc....... What I love to do is go 4 days, I just repeat one day. It is totally up to you, your choice. Other days I do other wprkouts, lift weights, etc.. Good luck to you and keep us posted. Hugs.

  9. Hi Ladies, YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Small Steps at a time. Walk if you must. As a Fitness Insructor, I do totally understand burnout. While I still do not workout like I used to, I AM ABSOLUTELY IN LOVE with these apps. I do not think even I would workout like I do if I did not have these apps, so motivational and these Forums are Fabulous. WE are all here to cheer you ladies on! DO IT!!!! HUGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Changing your diet is important too, I am a Paleo Girl, but have moved towards More meat, less veggies. Veggies I stick to are Spinach, Cauliflower, Tomatoes, thats about it!! You can do it, keep us posted!

  17. Hi there to you, You are doing great. Going onto the 13.1?? This is awesome. If you find it too easy in the beginning of this one, by all means, jump ahead. I did that when i moved on with the 10k app from the 5k one. I went to about week 3. The 13.1 is to twke you from the begining and train you like a newbie. Look ahead to about Week 3 and see what it says. Let me kniw what you do, I am curious! Good Luck!!

  20. Way to go Christina. Inhave the issue of running like crazy when i get out of Nevada. I love at 5800 feet. I sure can run when I am at 1200 feet. Lol. Look at all of those calories you burned. Keep it up! Good luck. Welcome here too!!!
