  1. Intend to stay with it, I just worry as the time and distance i'm running increases without any weight loss, it will put greater strain upon my knees and hips. Thanks for your feed back and encouragement.
  2. I am at least 10 stone overweight and decided ecercise was desperately needed to lose weight. I am currently in week 7 of the program, with no regress and enjoying ut despite struggling through. I have however not lost a single pound in weight, infact I have gained 4lbs despite strictly monitoring calorie intake to 1800 calories via my fitness pal. Can you help
