I was in a similar position but what I didn't realise was that I had finished w2 and was running w3 without realising and was wondering why there were no audio cues only to realise it was w3. Breezee 21 Report post Posted January 14, 2016 Turned on my music and off the program and went for a run just for the sake of it. Had my strava on silent to measure distance and times.
