  1. Finished the month at 130km. Ran 16 km today; my lower back limited the length of the run
  2. You'll get there. It takes time and setting some goals
  3. Ran 111 km for the month; avg 32 km per week.
  4. Welcome. It sounds like you are off to a good start. Keep going at your pace & you'll find yourself in a really good place a few months from now. I've dropped 30 lbs by watching what I eat and running since September 2015.
  5. Ran 7K; planned total for the week is 32K
  6. Finished a 5K. At 17 km for the week; missed three days (busy welcoming a baby boy)
  7. I've had one of my best runs in the rain. Also, view your time off as a chosen rest period. Mentally and physically, it helps to ramp down the distance a bit every 4 to 8 weeks, for one week. I came back from a 8 km stronger and a lot faster.
