I was in a similar position but what I didn't realise was that I had finished w2 and was running w3 without realising and was wondering why there were no audio cues only to realise it was w3. Had my strava on silent to measure distance and times. Got 2x personal bests, 2x2nd best and 2x 3rd best. Very happy - back on track!!!!
