Hmmmm. After you workout, you save and share your workout?, then it should show on the 5k app. But i thinkis for the Pro version?

Hi Mizz? No. No pocture yet. Should be fairly easy. After you upload it though, make sure you go to the bottom right and save changes. Page has to be saved in order for any changes to take afffect. I know I have uploaded pocture, gone out and realized I didn't save the pages. Hope this helps. Let me know. Welcome here.

Hi. It has to be done on your computer. Under your name? Settinggs, etc... Alos check the settings button in the app, theyve been doing new updates but i dont't think you can there yet.

This is Awesome Ariel, You are doing great! My hubby made me 1/4 mile path around my house. I feel like a mouse running in circles, i go 4 times one way, and 4 times the the other, lol. WE have snakes on the main dirt road, so I just go around my house. Works for me. I love runningon dirt. Next week I get to run on the Beach in CA, yay. So,do you live in another country? As you speak of Villages. Keep up the Great Work!! You are doing amazingly!! -

13.1 half marathon training app question

Hi Stambason, When I downloaded the 10K app on my phone again the other day, as I got another phone, the app asked me if I had finished the 5k app?? If I did, then it asked if I wanted to start with a week it picked , or from the beginning? The 13.1 app should ask you that, if it does not, you can go ahead in the app to the Week you want to start at. Press on the days as completed to move forward to that day. Let me know if this helps??? You are doing awesome! -

Hi Shado and Welcome here! This is what I tell people and what I do. I usually run/walk 3-4 days a week. For the 4th day, I just run the 3rd day again. I try not to run back to back days, but if you love to run, just make sure you can rest too and not injure yourself. I love to shock my body by doing other workouts on the other days so it keeps my body guessing at every turn and therefore you can get in shape faster too. Hi there Ironwife, I use another app running in the background. I use Nike myself, but there is Mapmyfitness, mapmyrun, runkeeper, etc.... It works great. Hope this helps!

Welcome here Donohue, Sounds like you might be able to get your kids involved in being healthy. What a great role model you are for them. You are very welcome and you answered back fast. I do understand that in a lot of countries bread is a huge part of a diet. We lived in Holland for 5 years and we had bread and cheese every morning. But there was not a lot of processed foods at all. So, we did not have fast food. We were very slim and trim. We rode bikes everywhere, walked, worked out, etc.... Not like here in America. This country is so spread out and so are we for sitting in our cars. Lol. I would limit too much bread though. Maybe breakfast so you can burn it off all day. I find myself as I am getting older, that I like 2 meals a day and snacks. I cannot eat 3 meaks anymore. N Nice chatting with you.
