  2. Hi there. Happy you are here. You are doing great. People find that street running is harder than a treadmill. Why? The treadmill propels you forward as you run. It is way easier to me anyways. But it is a great workout too. Incline, etccc. Good luck to you.
  3. You all are doing great. Super proud of you. If you dont run, then walk , bike, videos, etc....... Some days i just do the day of the app and walk fast. You are moving and thats what matters. Keep it up!! Don't Stop!!!

  6. Hey MelB. I start the spotify app, music is playing, click the home button, click spotify, select your music, then i go back to the zenlabs app and stop the pause. Let me know how you do.

  13. Well i am proud of you. One day at a time and there is a llist you can get of what exercises you can do everyday. Im sure there is an app for that too. There are tons of apps out there. ZenLabs has an AB app, pushups, lunges, squats, etc..... Ive done them and they are cool. You will get stronger. Keep it up.
