  1. The extra day of rest helped me tremendously. I was able to do day two of week one with ease. Thanks for the support.
  2. Hello I have a question about sore muscles. I finished week 1 day 1 on Monday. Today is Wed and I'm supposed to do day 2 but my muscles are pretty sore yet. Sore enough that it alters the way I walk a little. Should I take a extra day of rest? Or just grit my way through day 2. Thanks
