    Hi There Subidude2011, If you are training for the Academy - thank you - , You can go 3-5 days per week. Just listen to your body and rest. Do Speed Drills, Strength training, etc. to build muscle and make you stronger.   13. Hi There and Welcome to you. YOU DID IT!!! YES YOU DID!!!!! You can do it and we are your biggest cheerleaders EVER!!! You can so be WHOEVER you want to be! Make small changes, do not stress, change your diet, etc.... If you make a mistake one day, just do not look back and be mad at yourself.. Just pick yourself up, dust yourself off and move on. We ate bad this last weekend and drank with friends, yesterday we felt horrible from over indulging, went out and ate really healthy, and said "tomorrow we are good", and we are. I already worked out and have class tonight... I never get mad at myself , because sometimes you gotta have pizza!!!!! I am really proud of you!! Keep it up!!

    Hi There, So proud of you for having so much motivation.. I worry about you running 6 days a week and therefore having injury. How about every other day and cross train in between like what was said above. Trust me, as a runner who has ran and ran for many years, I do find myself slowing down a bit, and now prefer running 3-4 days a week, aerobic 2x, and weightlifting other days.. Prevents you from injury. Good Luck and you are doing awesome!

  17. Hi there Welcome here and I am super proud of you for wanting to do this. Definitely write down your goals amd what you want to accomplish. Healthy eating, lots of water, like you said. Limit junk food to ine treat a week. 3-4 days of cardio, 2-4 days of lifting weights, change your workouts too to keep that body guessing. You will lose more too. Your metabolism is fastwhen you are young, you should be able to burn it of pretty quickly. We are to help you. Good luck

    I uses Nike, mapmyfitness app. Some iphones you can dowload am for it and it tracks your steps too. Happy running.

  20. Hi there, First, Welcome here to our forums. You have to be really excited to do this. Our apps are amazing So, why would your shoues be dangerous???60 miles is fine. I go about 500 miles on a good pair of shoes. Look online for how many miles you can go on a pair of shoes. Good luck and let us know.
