In a jug of water add slices of cucumber, mint and lemon. In another jug add straw berry and basil. you get naturally infused delicious water! enjoy.. -
Focussing on consistency is more important than speed! add strength training on alternate days.. there are plenty of videos available on good posture while running.

Ideally there is a direct correlation between good sleep and good running if its one of case you can definitely run and take a power nap if it makes you super tired.

Running on alternate days and interspersing with Strength training and rest will take your running to a higher level!

500 calorie deficit is based on a lot of assumption, your body weight, how active you are etc. you are expected to eat 250 calorie less and burn 250 calories so as to get a 500 calorie deficit. Again these are all not accurate. if you eat healthy and exercise regularly, making it more of a life style change you will definitely see a difference

Exercise and diet generally helps in controlling Blood pressure, i have seen that Yoga really helps too, especially Pranayama, obviously you have to avoid head stands and holding poses for too long in the beginning. there are numerous resources on yoga available, if you are interested let me know. if you are running early in the morning, never run empty stomach and never on a coffee/tea stomach. Eat a fruit and post workout smoothie/cereal/brunch. what you eat before and after workout has a direct impact on your stamina. Have fun running!

Did you check if you have lost any inches? don't worry about weight as far as you have lean mass instead of fat

portion control, and exercise will help in losing weight, please intersperse running with strength training and rest , Eat wisely and you will reach your target goal. it takes about 6 weeks for you to see the results and 12 for others happy running
