  1. I just started Wednesday. I did W1 Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday and completed W2D1 Saturday. I was reading some posts that say you MUST take your off days. I'm one of those people that will continue putting something off if I skip one day (1 off day turns into 5)... I typically begin my workouts with cardio. What should be incorporated on those off days, or is it okay to not take off days?
