  2. Thanks Anne. I live in the south so we don't get alot of snow and I guess compared to those up north it doesn't get that cold. We can get down to the teens or even 0 below but we rarely get to the negative numbers. Regardless, I don't like to run in the cold, it makes my fingers numb, my nose run, and my lungs burn. But like you said if there is a will then there is a way. Good luck to ya

  5. Week one was a breeze. I know my problems will come when it starts getting dark earlier and cold. That's when my motivation diminishes. Any tips are appreciated
  6. Good morning from the south !! In a previous life I ran five days a week and was able to drop about 30 lbs doing so.I'm currently in the high end of my recommended weight range and would like to get back down a bit. Thanks for having me
