Running every day only wore my body out quicker so my distance and time both suffered. Everyone hits THE WALL. Keep trying and try to stay positive. You'll find that if you follow the program it'll prepare you for a 10K. Since you nailed W7D1 you find the next 5K gets easier. Btw, good job.
