Oh Shannon. You crack me up. I did BodyForLife years ago. Love Hiit, Insanity, T25, etc.. ZenlabsFitness is selling it and thise workouts are amazing. I love the alls for push-ups, sit-ups, lunges, butt, etc.. We can do this. Good luck.

Awesome Azatol. Thanks so much. I am a Paleo Lifestyle loved. I have a website called www.cavegirlcancook.com and FB oage with the same name. Love love Paloe. With my Blood Sugar levels I have been a Cave Girl since I was little. Never wanting cake and ice cream at a party but preferring salty protein foods. Check out ,y recioes on there. Feel free to add your own. I love the Paleo Lifestyle. Ask me anything. I love it. I strength train 3x a week and run 3-4 x a week and crossfit. Mostly at my home as I'm far from town. You can so use your own body weight for all strength training. All dy long I will do push-ups in the counter, squats, jumping jacks, lunges, etc... Fit it in everywhere. You can do it. Diet is a huge piece of the puzzle. Nutrition is the key. Hey, I asked ZenLabs and they now have a new board up that I asked for called Accountabilty 2015. Please, let's all go there and post what our workouts and what we are doing there. Let's do it. Rock 2015. See you there.

As a Moderator here, let's rock 2015!!!!!!! I need to lose like everyone else. So, what I am thinking is. Post your workouts daily here, how are you feeling?, you name it. Let's hold each other accountable for the new year. We can do this together. Don't post what you did anywhere else on other topics if you want accountability. This is the BOARD we all want to go to. Oh my Gosh, Helathylife4me, Absolutely incredible. I'm so excited for you. Feels great to be able to accomplish that huh??? You did amazing. I am on Week 7, Day 1 on Monday. I've taken a bepreak the last few weeks with lots of travel so I might revert back to week 5 or 6. I sooo love these apps. Amazing and exciting. Keep going. Proud if you. Yay.

Hi MillerH, Welcome on here!, Awesome you finished your first day. I would do every other day instead of every day. You do what you feel is best for you. I do,, M,W & F. Then I usually repeat a day. I lift weights, do Crosfitt, hike, etc.... Good Luck to you!

Hey, I just use Spotify in the background. Start Spotify or Pandora and choose your music, close app, then start your running app. I even have another app in the background too to track mileage. Is this what you are looking for?

You Bet Shannon, I love your signature saying. It is great. I love these boards, the best i have seen for Motivation. I am beginning today, no more booze, bad food, etc.. healthy all the way. Hubby is on board too. I am excited. We are going grocery shopping tomorrow and buying great food. We can do this. Hey, by the way, I love your enthusiasm. ZenLabsFitness is trying to find me another Moderator to help me out on here. Since i have been on here helping, the Forums have skyrocketed and I need some help, someone whos is on here as much as me. Let me know if you might be interested, I could use the help. I have a huge fitness background, but I do not think you need one to be encouraging, helpful, etc... I research online when people ask questions, answer to be of my ability, etc.... Hey Leigh and Danielle, Welcomeon here and Congrats on signing up and wanting to begin. You can do it. Lets rock 2015 by being healthy and losing the weight we all want to lose. Do not worry about how much to lose, start out with small changes, first, by starting the app you chose. Then choose to eat eat healthy, then the rest will follow. I am in a huge goal myself and last year we were bad. So , here's to a New Year, New You! I'm In! Good luck!
