Hi Sandy, I do love this lifestyle. You can check out food posts on my www.facebook.com/cavegirlcancook I post what I make, and recipes I find on the internet. Usually on friday nights we like Papa Murphys, Delite crust pizza, loaded with meats, cheese, veggies. On Saturdays, we usually go out for the day, we have a Paleo breakfast, then we eat whatever we want for a late lunch. But honestly, I rarely eat fries anymore, hurts my gut. So We keep cheating to a minimal. My favorite VERSATILE vegetable is cauliflower, gosh, there is so much you can do with it, Mashed, Rice, Scalloped, Steamed, Roasted with garlic and parmesan cheese. Oh So Good!!! I am cheeseaholic, but I limit it too!! Check out my page and tell your friends. THere is also a website called cavegirlcancook.. Let me know if you have any questions.

Hi Jay, I have been running for years and I have never used them or have seen them. Maybe someone on here can help if they have tried them. I have always been worried about blood clots using them, but I am not familiar at all. I will be curious to see any other comments from people.

Hi There Aisling, Yay for you in getting the app... You can search online for Marathon Training Eating. I just looked and whew, there are a lot. Healthy eating is the key.. Runners World, etc. have great articles on nutrituion... Let me know which one you use... Good luck!

Laura, I just let them both run. The First time I did it the MapMyFitness told me to do intervals and the 10k app was telling me to run, lol, so I figured out which app was talking and then the next time i turned the voice off of the Map one. They work side by side now so that is so nice and the app does not turn off like it used to. I have my Spotify music going too. Is that the answer you were looking for? Happy Running!

Hi There SuSu, The 3 days a week are what you want to do, M, W F or Tues Thurs 7 Saturday. Or Sunday, Tues or Thurs. Your choice. Then crosstrain the other days. I usually run, walk, hike, Dvd's, etcc. WeightLift. Train your body in different ways... Proud of you! Lets Do it! Happy Running!

Hi LouLou, I know what it is. It is a side stitch. I get them too. Take in more oxygen. People do not realize how shallow they breathe. It is probably your lungs wanting more air. Or is it your actual ribs?? Or under your ribs? Breathe deep when you run. Hey, let me know...

OHH NOOOOOOOO FARMGIRL, You blew out your knee? How did yo do that and what does that mean? Ouch. I so hate being sidelined with a freaking injury, really pisses you off. Like, you work out hard for weeks and weeks, and poof, you get sick for a week, sucks. What does the DR. say for healing for you?? Remember that if you cannot run, you can workout sitting down.. Lift weights, situps, etc... Let me know if you need some help with exercises. I taught Sittercize for a few years... Hugs to you and I am here for you if you need help and a hug!
